One tiny regret we have is that we didn't have more time to explore Carcassonne's medieval city. We hadn't planned on stopping there, but since it was on the way to our bed and breakfast, we thought we should at least have a look. My friend Suzie said it was worth a visit, and she was right. We arrived in the evening, just as the shops inside were closing, but we did get at least 1/2 hour to see a bit of this ancient town. Matthew and Nadine LOVED it. It's set up similar to how it would have been hundreds of years ago.Wednesday, July 2, 2008

I loved Carcasonne when we went to pick up Paul from his mission. I think it was one of my favorite stops.
This looks awesome. I think I would've loved it too.
