Biarriz is another area that Paul served as a missionary. He actually lived in Anglet. We tried to find the apartment, but suspect it's long been torn down. We had a late lunch at a restaurant near the beach. One thing I wanted to do on our trip, was eat seafood by the ocean. And we did; and it was delicious. Matthew even liked his swordfish. Nadine liked her ham and cheese pasta. Then we walked the beach - there's an eyeful. Some people of over a certain age, and in a certain shape just shouldn't wear a thong. It is a beautiful town. I couldn't get over the Hydrangeas! They were everywhere and because they grow all year, they were huge! I loved it. We finished with a few scoops of their delicious ice cream. A nice way to spend the day.

Those hydrangeas were all over Lens. I fell in LOVE with them and someday hope to have some in my garden.
Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers! They are simply breathtaking (as are you) in the photo!
